First off, you're going to want to make a post on the Job Board forum with a brief idea of what your adventure will be and the times you're available to run it.
People interested in playing (no more than 5 unless you specify another number) will post which character they'll be using and when is the best time for them to play.
Once a time consensus has been reached and it doesn't overlap with a time someone else is running... then run the game!
However, you cannot play your character in the game. If you don't have enough people, just keep waiting until all the slots are filled, or ask in channel to see if anyone is interested. If there's not enough interest... just make another game.
Characters who are in a mission cannot be moved to another mission unless the mission is completed or fails. For this reason, if you must pause the game, you have one week to continue before the mission is considered a failure and the characters return with what XP and treasure they've earned.
You cannot play your characters in a mission you are running. For running a successful mission, however, you gain 100*adventure level XP which has to be split evenly among your characters.
Also, just like we don't want to see characters of a sexual or disturbing nature... we don't want to see missions of this kind either. Also 'old school' GMing where you're purposely trying to kill PCs? No. You do either of these things, you will be banned from running games.
Finally, missions which pertain to enacting major change on the setting (such as breaking the level caps) can only be ran by one of the primary GMs, Fivemarks or GradeonMagus.
